Where to upload the evidence in e-accreditation?

Please click on “upload here” once you have entered into the current active task. Click on your task > Pending Conduct Assessment / Pending Corrective Action By CAB > Upload Corrective Action Column: Click “Click here to upload file”

How to inform the assessment team that I have uploaded the corrective action in the system?
